Returns

Eligible items may be returned for store credit only within 7 calendar days of delivery. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

Return conditions

Items must be unworn, unused, and free from makeup, animal hair, smoke, perfume, and other odors. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns received outside the seven-day window will be sent back to the customer.

Final-sale items

All sale and Last Chance items are final sale. Jewelry is also final sale and cannot be returned.

Cancellations and exchanges

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Direct exchanges are not available through our shipping system. If an item is eligible for return, store credit will be issued by email as a gift card that does not expire.
