Refund policy

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have its original tags attached. Approved returns will receive store credit only; refunds to the original payment method are not offered.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

All items purchased from the Last Chance — 40% Off collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To request a return, please contact us before mailing your item. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
